Vinification
The grapes come from a selection of the oldest vineyards with an average age of 16 years. The cultivation according to the natural dictates of organic farming and the characteristic of soils help to preserve the authenticity of expression of the Sangiovese strongly correlated with the hills of Montecucco and are part of the authenticity of the ColleMassari Riserva. Vinification in stainless steel vats and in small wood vats with spontaneous fermentation and long macerations of 3-4 weeks. Ages for 18 months in vats and tonneaux, and was bottled in July 2019.
