Vinifikation
(English) A wine produced from vineyards at 300 m of varying expositions, where the soil is composed of clay mixed with marlstone and sandstone. The grapes come from the first harvest of the three varieties that take part in the blend of the wine to preserve the aromatic liveliness and ensure the tasty freshness of Rigoleto. The vineyard's organic farming helps maintain the characteristic features of the fragrance and flavour of the grapes from the hills of Montecucco. The fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats with never too high temperatures to enhance the varietal aromatic expression. The wine was aged 16 months in steel tanks and a small part in barrels. Bottled in June 2022.
